# Help Scout (Data Sync)

> Sync Help Scout conversations, inboxes, and customer support data into your warehouse.

Humm syncs your Help Scout data into your warehouse via Airbyte, then queries the synced copy through your warehouse integration. This is useful when Help Scout is a key customer support source and you want it available for warehouse analysis.
